"The day before our holiday to Yorkshire I found our car handbrake was failing to hold the car on steeper slopes. ProMech had a full schedule, but with us needing the car for holiday they went out of their way to fit us in. It turned out both the handbrake cables had seized, but after the fix the handbrake worked so smoothly again. I lost count of the number of times I had to hold the car on a steep slope with the handbrake during the holiday, so very much appreciated and recommended."
